Ages 6-12

Prerequisite: Completion of Polliwog level or Aquatic Director approval. Beginner level, intended for children who can swim a “dog paddle” without flotation 10 yards and are comfortable submerging his or her face in the water. Instructors work on proper body position, kick, front crawl and back crawl.
