Helpful hints to make and keep your fitness resolutions:

1. Choose small attainable goals. Avoid broad and vague goals like "I'm going to lose weight," or "I'm going to get in shape." Instead, think "I'm going to exercise three days a week for the next three months."

2. Pencil your workouts in your planner the same as you would a business appointment. You can always find something else that needs to be done; make your health a priority!

3. Remember that every day is a clean slate! Everybody has setbacks; give yourself a break and remember tomorrow is a new day.
