Sports Conditioning

ages 13 to adult
An intro to proper stretching, lifting, and spotting techniques for weights.  Warmup may include calisthenics, games, or machine use.  Appropriate stretches for each muscle group, body circuits, agility ladder and other sports-specific training will be included.  Nutritional education will also be provided.
