Kids on Weights

ages 8 - 13
Held in the Strive center, kids will learn how to properly use hand-held weights (4 - 12lbs) and an adjustable weight bench.  Warmup, stretching, cool down will also be included as well as interval training to keep kids going for a full half hour.
