Strive Body Circuits

ages 8 - 13
This well rounded 45 minute class is ideal for building strength, improving cardiovascular fitness, and increasing flexibility.  Participants will work on cardiovascular exercise, utilize the Strive strength training machines and perform group stretches.  Exercises using your own body weight such as planks, push-ups, lunges and crunches is also a key component in this new exciting class.
