The court reservation system has been approved and endorsed by the YMCA of Greater Nashua Program Committee and Board of Directors. Court time may only be reserved by members of the YMCA of Greater Nashua Merrimack Branch. A member wanting a reservation may do so in the following ways: On a contractual basis for a YMCA of Greater Nashua session or on a daily availability basis. During the YMCA of Greater Nashua's break weeks only daily reservations will be booked. After the session reservation period has ended a member wanting to book court time for the session must pay in full or wait until the following session reservation period and book court time through daily availability. There will be no prorating for session reservations. Check in at the front desk is required upon arrival.
A session reservation will allow a member to reserve a court time once or twice a week for the duration of the session. Members must register in person to complete the reservation contract. Session reservations slots are for 60 or 90 minutes only. Members wanting a session reservation must reserve their time through a contract. All contractual reservations are final. No refunds. There will be no prorating for session reservations. Consistent groups looking to reserve more court time may be accommodated on a case by case basis if there is availability. See the session reservation period in the chart below.
Fees for reservations must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
1 hour slot reservation for a session $90 (1 hour per week at the same day/time)
2 hour slot reservation for a session $180 (1 hour twice a week @ the same times each week)
1.5 hour slot reservation for a session $135 (1.5 hour per week at the same day/time)
3 hour slot reservation for a session $270 (1.5 hour twice a week @ the same times each week)
A daily availability reservation may be made by a member on an availability basis. Membersmay reserve court time anytime two days prior to wanting the reservation. Members may only reserve time by phone or by walk in. Members may only reserve one slot per day. Singles play can only be reserved for an hour at a time. Doubles play can only be reserved for an hour and a half. In fairness to our members, court cancellations must be made two YMCA of Greater Nashua business hours in advance of the scheduled time. A failure to do so will result in a loss of a credit. If a member cancels their reservation two YMCA of Greater Nashua business hours in advance, the reservation fee will be held as a credit. There are no refunds.
Fees for reservations must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
